1. Information We Collect

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: Email address, wallet address, profile information
• Transaction Data: Task/gig/remote work details, payment amounts, blockchain transactions
• Usage Data: How you interact with the Platform, pages visited, features used
• Device Information: Browser type, IP address, device identifiers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve the Platform
• Process transactions and payments
• Send notifications about your account and transactions
• Prevent fraud and ensure platform security
• Comply with legal obligations

3. Blockchain Data

Please note that blockchain transactions are public and permanent. Your wallet address and transaction history on the Solana blockchain are visible to anyone. We cannot delete or modify blockchain data.

4. Analytics and Behavioral Data

We collect analytics data to improve the platform:

• Behavioral Metrics: Response times, session patterns, proposal velocity
• Transactional Analytics: Payment patterns, completion rates, dispute history
• Wallet Analytics: On-chain data including wallet age and transaction volume
• Communication Metadata: Message timestamps and lengths (we NEVER store message content)

This data is stored separately from your personal information and is used to calculate your ZaphScore and improve platform matching algorithms.

5. ZaphScore Credit Scoring

ZaphWork calculates a reliability score ("ZaphScore") based on your platform activity:

• Payment Consistency (40%): How regularly you earn/pay on the platform
• Response Time (20%): How quickly you respond to messages
• Completion Rate (20%): Percentage of tasks completed successfully
• Dispute Ratio (10%): Your dispute history
• Wallet Health (10%): Wallet age and transaction volume

You need at least 3 completed transactions before a ZaphScore is calculated. You can control whether your score is displayed on your profile in Settings.

6. Data Sharing

We may share your information with:

• Other users (profile information, ratings, work history)
• Service providers who help us operate the Platform
• Law enforcement when required by law
• Fintech Partners (with consent): Anonymized credit scoring data for financial services
• Research Partners (with consent): Anonymized data for academic research

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Partner data sharing requires your explicit opt-in consent, which you can manage in Settings > Privacy.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. For embedded wallets, private keys are encrypted using AES-256-GCM encryption. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Rights (Philippines DPA & Argentina PDPA)

Under the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 and Argentina's Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of all personal data we hold about you
• Rectification: Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Erasure: Request deletion of your data (we will anonymize within 30 days)
• Data Portability: Export your data in a machine-readable format
• Withdraw Consent: Opt out of analytics, credit scoring, or partner sharing at any time
• Object: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes

To exercise these rights, visit Settings > Privacy or contact us at privacy@zaph.work. We will respond within 72 hours for data export requests and 30 days for deletion requests.

9. Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to improve your experience, remember your preferences, and analyze Platform usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through the Platform.
